This vessel will be built at China Merchants Heavy Industry Haimen shipyard and scheduled for delivery in 2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Together with the Voltaire (for which Gefico has also supplied the fresh water generation package), this new vessel will be in a super-size class of its own, capable of building the newest generation of offshore wind farms. Les Aliz\u00e9s is equipped with a crane having a lifting capacity of 5,000 tons and equally impressive lifting heights. She will mainly be used for the construction of offshore wind farms, but with her remarkable crane she is also extremely suitable for decommissioning offshore oil and gas platforms.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this kind of offshore jobs, a reliable and low-maintenance solution for fresh water generation package is extremely important.\u00a0 For this purpose, Gefico has been appointed as the supplier of two (2) reverse osmosis freshwater generators, each one with a capacity of 35 m3\/day. These units have a high level of automation and data logging.
